The ECHO Coalition is guided by the mantra “Nothing About Us, Without Us,” and it is this ideology which guides the coalition’s efforts to engage youth in the development and implementation of coalition activities. The coalition works directly with the Youth Advisory Board at all three local High Schools to seek input on current campaigns
The ECHO Coalition is guided by the mantra “Nothing About Us, Without Us,” and it is this ideology which guides the coalition’s efforts to engage youth in the development and implementation of coalition activities. The coalition works directly with the Youth Advisory Board at all three local High Schools to seek input on current campaigns and initiatives. YAB members are vital to the development of media campaigns and youth-focused events such as Prom Promise, Project Sticker Shock, and the South Carolina Out of Their Hands Campaign.

The ECHO DUI Task Force is a partnership between the Chester County Sheriff's Office, Chester Police Department, SC Highway Patrol, Fort Lawn Police Department, and the Great Falls Police Department. Together we are working to stop Drinking and Driving and Underage Drinking in Chester County.

The ECHO DUI Task Force is a partnership between the Chester County Sheriff's Office, Chester Police Department, SC Highway Patrol, Fort Lawn Police Department, and the Great Falls Police Department. Together we are working to stop Drinking and Driving and Underage Drinking in Chester County.
Research shows that increased enforcement has a direct effect on reducing fatalities caused by drinking and driving and underage drinking. Through this partnership we are able to conduct safety check points, compliance checks, and saturation patrols throughout Chester County.
