The Chester County ECHO (Empowering Communities for Healthy Outcomes) Coalition was formed January 26, 2016. The focus of the coalition is to develop the capacity for a county-level coalition to address prevention issues related to impaired driving and youth substance abuse for youth ages 12-25.
